Booking Policy

We’re delighted to welcome you to Cocos Dining Experiences! To help ensure a smooth dining experience, we kindly ask you to review the following reservation policies:

Reservation Hold: We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. After this, we may offer it to waiting guests. If you’re running late, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Dining Time: During busy periods, we operate a 2HR dining limit to accommodate all guests. Larger groups (5+ guests) may receive an extended dining time.

Dress Code: Our atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, so we ask for smart-casual attire. Please avoid sportswear, beachwear and baseball caps. Management reserves the right to deny entry if this dress code isn’t observed.

Large Bookings

For larger parties, we have a few additional guidelines to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience:

Pre-Orders:

For groups of 8 or more, we require guests to pre-select their menu options to help streamline your experience. Pre-orders should be completed at least 48 hours before your booking, with ALL dietary restrictions, intolerances or allergies noted in writing. We may not be able to accommodate extra orders on the day without advance notice.

Set Menus:

For group bookings of 10-25, we ask that guests select menu options from one of our set menus, starting at £40 per person. For these reservations we require a deposit of £20 per person to confirm the booking.

Special Occasion Cakes:

To keep everyone safe and manage allergens, we don't allow external cakes at Cocos—but we’d love to help you celebrate! Our pastry chefs can create a custom cake for your special day with just 72 hours' notice. Prices start at £50 for cakes serving 8-10 guests. Changes to Guest Count:

If your party size changes, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust your seating. We cannot guarantee seating for increased guest numbers on the day. For reductions without prior notice, a fee of £25 per no-show will be charged to the lead booker’s card. Alternatively, if a deposit was paid, it will be retained by Cocos.

Payments:

For large groups, please note that we can only process a maximum of five transactions for the final bill. We recommend coordinating with your guests in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient payment process.
